From a little bang to the Big Bang: the universe in a lab
From a little bang to the Big Bang: the universe in a lab

The gigantic universe and the most fundamental particles; both major topics in physics. But how do these different areas relate to each other? During this lecture Dr. Alessandro Grelli will talk about particle accelerators, subatomic physics and their relationship with astrophysics and gravitational waves. Ticket sales will also start immediately after the lecture for the journey to a particle accelerator in Hamburg. This trip will take place later this year and is in line with the content of this lecture. So if you have become interested, this is your chance to join us!

The lecture also counts as a kaleidoscope lecture for those who did not attend Egbert Westerhof's lecture last year.
